Palau Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcpw@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Palau Government controlled BTCPW address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Palau ("BTCPW") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Palau Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Palau has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
